What would you serve as a side dish for lasagne on shavuos?

Thanks
Was thinking of caesar salad too.
How about a warm side dish like some veggies.
Would that go? If yes what vegetable.

Green beans, zucchini, even broccoli all go with lasagna. A nice white cheese sauce over them....or is that too much?

Sautée some crushed garlic in butter until browned, then add green beans or snap peas and stir until warmed. Season with salt and pepper. Yum.

Here's my standard Chalavi meal for a Chag
Tomato-Rice soup (can cook during shul)
Spinach soufflé
Salmon (this year it will be gefilte fish cause I have a frozen loaf and that's a treat for us too)
Ptitim or
Potatoes with shamenet
Greek salad - Chalavi
cheese cake

Keep in mind that there's very little heating time before the night meals. Lasagne might not heat up fast enough at night.
