7 or 8 years ago when Estee Kafra used to write the recipe's for the Binah Magazine, she put in a recipe for Parev cheesecake. I used to make it a lot, but I've since lost the recipe. I know it used three tubs of Tofutti Cream cheese.
Does anyone have the recipe? TIA!
