(First I want to suggest adding this thread to the "thread titles that would make good band names" thread.)
My baby is 7mo kah and hasn't pooped since Shabbos (it's Wednesday). When he poops, it's not so soft. He's very uncomfortable! Help!
He's nursing and eating jarred fruits and veggies.
Advice please!!!

find prune baby food. He doesn't even need to eat that much to get the desired results

What lech said. And no banana's in the baby jars-that constipates like crazy! Rice cereal is no good as well.
Try giving him a bottle with grape juice, works every time for me...

I had giving him some jarred prunes at the onset, but couldn't gt more (store did not have). So I just cooked up some prunes now and plan to feed it to him with oat cereal.
I'll also try grape juice in a bottle, but I'm mixing it with tons of water, right?
May also try the prunes in a bottle, mixed w/tons of water...
If you think I should adjust my tons of water to a bit of prunes and/or grape juice ratio, please let me know.
ETA: I'm really duplicating content here, why don't we refer to this thread and put all the info in one place. Sorry about that.
