I just discovered my husband's old sandwich maker. So far, I've stuffed half-pitas with cheese. Delicious! What else should I try? (Parve or Dairy, please!) Thanks!

I have Panini maker I never use. I find the heat doesn't reach thru the bread to the cheese, the way a sandwich maker does. what am I missing, experts??

Pancakes.
Also, make a triangle omlette, then you can put it in a sandwich.
