Wesley hills

In terms of frumkeit/"yeshivish" level, and in terms of materialism level

they must both be new developments I never heard of them.
If they are new developments you can get the list from the builder and see who is moving in.
White rd in general has always been a quiet secluded street. Houses spread far apart.

Wesley hills is a new development (still building) next door to Westgate. the houses are individual and nice. Not HUGE AND FANCY. White/Olive is private properties/huge lots/secluded. I dont think there are developments on that road yet. Wesley hills has the advantage of Westgate without actually being there (shopping/shuls/mikva/playgroups) all walking distance.
White st is very close to Westgate but it's probably 1/2 hour walk.
yeshivishness no idea.

Wesley Hills houses are large, but that is basically the norm nowadays.
Olive Road (street?) has some homes that are beyond huge-practically obscenely so. So, I imagine that the gashmiyus in all other aspects is also greater there.
However, Olive Road (street, court?) is prettier-looks less like an all new construction than Wesley Hills. More trees, nature, etc.
