I get so annoyed when ppl send around emails asking ppl to say tehilim, and they r not careful with the name of Hashem. Am I allowed to delete such emails afterwards? What´s the Halacha? It makes me so pressured.

I'm no posek, and I would advise you to ask your LOR, but I don't believe there is a problem with deleting these emails.
The sheimos is not "written." It doesn't really exist outside of computer code (not that I have the faintest clue how computer programming works).

Everyone should ask their own rabbi how to act (unless they can't tell their rabbi that they use a computer) but mine permits erasing Names that are in computers, either on the screen or in storage.

I asked my rabbi and he said it's just computer code so it's not a problem to delete.
