its hard to find take out that isn't fattening. sometimes I am too time crunched to cook or just want a break. so for those of you who are watching your weight, when you don't want to cook what kind of food can you buy out of the house that is diet friendly??

You really don't knwo what's in take out food. I'd rely more on gadgets & simple meals, then.

I always go for sushi or broth based soups.

When I eat out I'll get a salmon platter, a salad, or a grilled chicken sandwich.
Personally, I don't like eating out so much b/c you really don't know what they've put in the food. Even something that would be fairly healthy if you made it yourself, might have something added that totally takes away from that.
If I eat out, I'd rather go out rarely, but just get something that doesn't even pretend to be healthy when I do go out!
