In attempt to get a head start on Rosh Hashana, I made a honey cake today. How should I store it until YT? I know leaving out out for a few days make it better, but I think this is way too long. Should I freeze it and then take it out a couple of days before? Or leave it out for a few days now and then freeze until YT?
