I have the 6 quart Prochef, which still boils the water perfectly, but it no longer pumps. I used to get replacement tops at the Buzz twice a year, but they dont sell tops any more.
Is the Zojirushi worth the extra money? How and how often do people clean the pump pots w citric acid as Zojirushi recommends ?
