I've had 2 sessions of IPL hair removal (not laser). It seems that there is more hair growth after the 2nd session than there was after the first. Is this normal or should I have not continued after the first session when there was very little regrowth?
Also, in general should I go for a session only when there is enough regrowth or on a regular basis?
