Have less. Plenty of clever ideas what to do with the things you have, but having less usually helps.
Though everything is harder in the winter when you need some bulky clothes and some layers. I stuff that stuff in storage most of the time but when you actually need it - my spaces are exploding and there doesn't seem to be any way to shrink the stuff without repercussions (e.g. having fewer thick girl tights = need to wash them much more often, and/or go to school with cold legs more often, and/or buy more when they rip more often)
