anyone know hoe the direction of the falafel mix goes?
I got a bunch of packs of falafel mix (osem) in ny to take with me to brasil but I took them out of the box, so it should take less space... now I dont know what has to go in to make the balls... anyone knows???

I believe it's 1 cup water for each package. Let it set for 7-8 minutes and fry til crispy.

hi dear sil 
the instructions on my box, for a 450gram box, say to mix with 450ml (2 cups) cold water, let stand for 10 minutes. shape with wet hands.
fry in deep oil for about 2 minutes, till golden brown. drain on paper towel.
this pack says it makes about 60-70 balls.
was thinking on shabbos that I should send you a care package, anything specific you want from here?
