It's in Kibbutz Maale Hahamisha (not Maale Adumim). I was there years ago for a wedding and it was wonderful.
It's 15 minutes west of Jerusalem. It's not far from Abu Gosh which is considered a safe Arab town.

Beatifiul big hall with high ceilings . The chupas on a smallish balcony but beautoful views and not far from jerusalem . no buses go directly there. So you would have to arrange a mini van to take people from the nearest bus stop up the hill . We checked it out recently pm for me details.
