It wasn't the question, it was the answers - people got all fake-lomdish about it and had a lot of fun. Personally I had my fill after the first few and wrote it off as a waste of time, but I do understand where others are finding entertainment value.

I found the whole thread to be in very poor taste, mostly because of the OP's use of profanity and the disrespectful way he spoke about his gf. (Did we really need to be told they're shacking up? In what way was that nugget of info germane to the question?) That post did not deserve a response at all.

Ok I know this an old thread but I feel bad for the op.
Why did no-one stick up for her?
There was no problem there whatsoever!
The person said that his jewish gf was probably messing with him but hes curious nevertheless. Its before yom kippur and I think some ppl. owe someone an apology

I did not remember this post at all and what’s really funny is I didn’t think I even knew what Reddit was until 2017.
The original post still made me laugh.
Rereading it, I was just happy that I was polite to all the complaints.
