hi all
I need a recipe for tofu ( I have a carton of soft I think) meal idea for my 6y.o. dd who's dairy and egg alergic and gluten intolerant
any ideas? I might be able to replace some things but if you have some recipes I can do for 9 days I'd appreciate it
if it gets too dificult we might ask a sheila as her having meat... we'll see how it goes

You can always blend soft tofu with ricotta cheese and put it into lasagna.
