I found a recipe in the meat section from 2008 for London broil. It sounds really good but the poster said to put it in broiler just until sizzling, then to bake it till cooked thru. How long should it take to bake one I've broiled it?

I would not bake London broil, considering it's lean tough meat that doesn't do well in dry heat. The only recipe I know (and comes out well) calls for grilling and keeping it still medium rare to medium.

It's good just grilled (needs to be marinated overnight though so the meat tenderizes)
