working on a shul event and want to stay away from the regular old chicken dinner. Thought of doing some kind of upscale bbq would be fun and different and I think everyone would enjoy.
I came up with ribs, wings, grilled chicken skewers, veggie skewers- of course smores for dessert. Any other ideas out there?

You can do something fun like a burger / sandwich / hot dog bar. Salad bar. Build your own kebab bar. Meatballs on skewers with choice of sauces.
