Does anyone have a recipe for challah using 5lb flour, where half the dough could be used for soft dinner rolls? I want the rolls to make sliders with, but only need about 40 rolls. Thank you!
My new favorite is to go to a super Walmart and get Rhodes dinner rolls. They're awesome and lime 3-4$ for 36. They are frozen and you let them rise a few hours and bake for 15 min.
