It won't kill anyone, but don't make it a habit. Once the can is open, the oxygen in the air allows the metal of the can to react with the contents to form metal compounds that will be absorbed by the food. This does nothing to enhance the taste of the food, and if lead was used to solder the seam of can, well, lead is not something you want in your food regardless of its taste. Lead oxide used to be called "sugar of lead" because it tastes sweet, though your food is more likely to pick up a metallic taste.
