I had a my son's friends at the seudah last year. I made noodles and cabbage with pastrami. It was a big hit, and it's very easy.
Saute 1 onion and a bag of shredded cabbage. Add to cooked noodles. Add a package of pastrami. Salt and pepper to taste.

Challah
Nice soup _(zuchini, butternutsqaush, meat, or chicken) With Kreplach
Entre - can be salad (london broil, grilled chichen, deli
Main - A meat, chicken, warm veggies, one or two starches ,
Dessert - compote or something else light
The men are not going to eat so much if they are drunk and the kids are full of sugar, so you really only need to cook for the woman
