I have posted ads online in various places as well as in a local jewish paper and have not been able to find anyone! almost no one responded!
I am looking for someone to watch my kids every day from about 4-7 pm. What websites should I try? Are there any free ones that work with good quality babysitters?

Do you specifically want someone Jewish? Because from experience it is very hard to find a reliable responsible Jewish nanny.
I tried care.com but was way happier with sittercity.com

Since it's only a few hours a day, it's hard to find someone, most people want full time work. Try advertising by local colleges, students are generally looking for part time after class.
