Actually I'm the mother of the groom Smile

Any suggestions of where to buy a dress in the Jerusalem area of even as far as Tel Aviv? I don't want a big puffy satin or taffeta dress. Something long to the floor, fitted in the bodice and A-line. Need blue and don't want to spend a fortune. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
