Hi:

I am looking for any creative healthy meals, main side and dessert.

Roasted veggies, vegetable soup, grilled chicken, turkey loaf - basically I make things that I make during the year.
For dessert- I make strawberry whip. Purée frozen or fresh strawberries. Add whipped egg white and combine. If using frozen strawberries it's good right away. Otherwise freeze. I use pasteurized egg whites since I prefer not to use raw eggs.
