Thank in advance.

It's showing me that it will take almost 2.5 hours to get there. Is it worth the long drive?

I'm not sure. My kids have been there and enjoyed it. I've never been there. Maybe check reviews online and see if they posted any videos. It's also not far from Digger land. Maybe do both and sleep in the area?!

Actually was planning on sleeping over but Diggerland is out because it's supposed to rain;((
I'm going to check and see if there are any videos

If you can get a room ( we found on expedia) kalahari is great for kids of all ages. You get admission to the park the day you come and the day you check out. You can also buy daily passes.

Coco Key is a little closer than Sahara Sam's and has separate hours on Tuesday (1-3:30 for men, 4-6:30 for women) - for more details see http://cholhamoedevents.webs.com/

Coco Keys is a water playground, not a water park. Lots of fun for young kids under 10, but make sure to tell them it's a water playground ahead of time so there's no unrealistic expectations. We had a blast one summer.
