I'm planning on poaching salmon for Shabbat lunch and would like to make a sauce for it. It being Pesach, I dont have the mustard that most recipes call for. Or capers.
Does anyone have a good recipe using yogurt, lemon juice, white wine, olive oil or other simple ingredients? Dairy is ok.

Make your usual tarter sauce recipe and use a touch of white horseradish unstead of mustard.
