I grind it up and warm it up with oil and taco sauce and serve it as tacos. I got the idea online- I think possibly here- I liked it Smile

I would have frozen it immediately Motze Shabbas. Use one pan for next Shabbas with a backup chicken/meat in case it isn't good anymore. Then you'd know what to do with the remaining pans.

By now I think it's too late.

Or try it anyway; it doesn't seem like you have much to lose if you'll be dumping it anyway.
