Does anyone have a good challa KUGEL recipe? I have 3 challas that are stuck in the pans and would hate to thro them out..

any other ideas besides challa kugel and french toast?

If you want something savory, try a strata. I bet if you google you can find a kosher fleishig one if you want. Or else go cheesy.
Or, and this is getting really popular, chocolate bread pudding.
