We are having some company for Shavuos lunch (we live in Israel) that is diabetic. I need some menu ideas, please. MEAT only!!
I looked through the threads but did not find anything relevant. Please direct me if possible.

dont use sugary sauces - if you do use sauces use sugar free
any chicken/meat recipie with spices or fresh veggies is great

Do a roast beef or skirt steak salad (use lemon juice for dresses instead of balsamic or wine vinegar which have sugar) or minute steak or sear rib steaks fresh.

Pickled corned beef? It's has no sauce. Just put in a pan of water and cook for 3-4 hrs.
