My face is noticeably darker than my neck. I've noticed this for a while now, not sure when it evolved. It looks particularly stupid when I'm wearing makeup as it looks as though I've just applied too dark of a foundation even though I'm using a light colour.
Anyone else have this?
Any ideas?
Any way to change it?

Yes, I have this and people are oftentimes telling me I didn't blend my foundation etc but it's like that even when I'm not wearing any. it would make sense since my face is more in the Sun and my neck is blocked by my face, and I have a reddish complexion on my face but the skin on my neck is not the same. I guess if you really want it to look the same you can use a foundation or powder that matches your neck and that way it will all look the same. If I did that I think I would look really pale so I don't
