They are OU-D. Look on the OU website. And they are DELICIOUS.

Glad to hear! I'm placing an order now for the ice cream maker and thought I'd give the starters a try. Which flavors would you recommend?

I've only had the chocolate. It was great.
You have to put the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer well before you make the ice cream. The directions say 24 hours but I had better luck with 48. With only 24 it came out soupy. We added chocolate chips to the mix, as well.
