My husband says he wants to eat healthy, but all the foods he is happy when I make them are unhealthy.
If I try to make them healthier he says it doesn't taste as good.
What do you do in such a case?
Go slowly.
Start by cutting a little of the sugar out of each recipe.
Switch to whole wheat flour first at a 25/75 (ww/white) ratio then 50/50 then 75/25.
Same thing with pasta and rice (mix white and brown then more brown etc).
Don't just suddenly cut out everything. Introduce more vegetables for example ifyou make chicken and couscous, make less couscous and make a big salad - prompting him to eat more salad than couscous.
