I tried googling but couldn't find the answer. If you are driving on a two way street that only has room for cars to drive one way at a time due to parked cars how do you decide who gets to go and who has to pull over?

Pretty sure whoever can go without having to switch lanes to pass the parked cars has the right of way.

In my experience when u see the other driver coming at u head on both of u look to see if you can pull over and whoever has the space to pull over does so.

In my experience - whoever pulls into the "narrow space" first gets the right of way.
