Where is the food better for Shabbos Takeout Imperial or Segal's? Where is the best Challah and dips? Any good bakery for cake?

Try levi catering. Call them and make sure to request that its non dairy. You can google their number. (I dont like to post numbers on a public forum)

Imperial in our opinion has much better food than Segal's. They're also much more pleasant to deal with and more eager to please.
