I recently moved to a new house that all the bathtubs have very deep jacuzzi bathtubs. Does anyone know of a bathtub insert or something so I could bathe my infant and toddler without having to bend so far and hurt my back.

There are tons of infant bath products but they're usually too small for a toddler. Have you considered a kneeling stool for yourself?
