We eat proper breakfast and then wash for the sueda early, around 1:00 and eat some regular food and then if we have togo to more than one place, we go earlier to one and after to the other. This way, no one is starving and we can get to see everyone.

Purim is a yom tov, and we spend it together as a family. We do not race around town, and do not obligate ourselves to get every rebbe, teacher and friend. I've hosted the seuda many years, so we are home from the early afternoon.

Two years ago, it snowed on Purim and hardly anyone was on the road. Obviously, that year, noone was upset if they did not get MM from friends. Really that's how we should always be. Don't expect to get from everyone, and don't make yourself crazy to try to give to everyone.
