Here it is:
4 eggs
2 sticks trans fat-free margarine
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp baking powder
5 1/2 cups flour
1/2 (14.1 oz) container Lotus Biscoff biscuit spread
1 (7 oz) bar caramel-colored decorating chocolate
Nut crunch for dipping
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Sorry it went through without the rest...
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the eggs, margarine, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder. Add all of the flour and mix to form a dough.
Roll the dough out to 1/4" thickness. Using a 3" round cookie cutter, cut circles of dough. Spoon 3/4 teaspoon cream into the center of each circle, and pinch into a triangle to form a hamantash. Repeat with the remaining dough. Transfer the hamantashen to the prepared baking sheet, leaving 1" space between them. Bake at 350° for 10 to 13 minutes, until they begin to brown slightly. Remove from oven and transfer to a rack to cool. If desired, dip the corners of the hamantashan into he melted chocolate and then into the nut crunch. Drizzle with more melted chocolate.
