I"m sorry, I don't understand your post. Are you stuck in Yerushalayim for some sort of emergency? If you have a loved one in the hospital there are usually bikur cholim rooms for small fee.
Are you on vacation? If so, get a hotel. The King Solomon is decent, mehadrin and reasonably priced. Why in the world would you plan a vacation and not make a plan for Shabbos?
