I bought a Gallon bottle about a month ago. I used it a couple of times. It expires in 2018, but since the bottle was opened for about a month, should I toss it or keep on using it since it does not expire for a long time.
I guess my question really is: Once a container is opened, is there a limited time you can use the product, or would it still be safe to use till 2018 if that's the xp date on the label???

It should last. Though would be better off in the refrigerator.

It doesn't say to refrigerate after opening?

Sorry I did not clarify. It was refrigerated the entire time since I opened it. Would that make a difference? And the reason I purchased a gallon was because I was planning on using it for a family gathering which never happened.
