Ikea has cheap folding chairs.
office depot or staples or home depot all have tables

The cheapest I ever found anywhere was $10. But, we're in Ny so perhaps it's more expensive...
For folding table we got GREAT ones at home depot. Light weight, folds in half with a handle to carry. Much better than the other kind and totally steady.
And home depot and office max have free delivery...
