Just wanted to get ppl's insight on how they feel about this.

I wouldn't use these things on Pesach itself, even though they are 100% ok to use.

Would you cook in your Pesachdik stovetop, oven, etc:
Non gebrochs "faux" chomitz items
kitniyot- but in a separate pan
KLP- rolls, bread, etc., may contain matza meal.

During Pesach I feel funny using items that mimic chametz.
Although, cakes and cookies are ok with us.

What is your minhag regarding gebrokts on pesach?

If you don't have a minhag that's against using keilim that have been used for gebrokts or kitniyus, then it's fine.

If you do have a minhag against such keilim, then only use separate items to cook it and rekasher the oven before cooking your standard pesach fare.
