What should I do? I didn't realize the towels were in the machine and I put a shirt in that was sprayed with oxi clean (baby) then put in the load (pretty soaked for 20 min)
I put everything thru a regular cycles after is that good enough?

The only problem I see is that the shirt may end up all linty from the towels. If you don't mind then who cares? The oxyclean won't hurt your towels. Why would you think it would?

if you're worried about lint ... dry them separately
if you're worried about delicate baby & germs - no need
if you're worried about colours shedding ... too late [maybe]
if you're worried about chometz from the shirt getting onto kitchen towels ~ fuhgeddaboudit !!!
