Very good & healthy (not low cal, but healthy whole foods, & free of potato starch/sugar/cotton seed oil etc).
Ingredients can be changed more or less to taste.
Maybe not necessary, but I pulsed each in a food processer one ingredient at a time (so as not to puree the ingredients, or turn walnuts into walnut butter:
- 7 or so hard boiled eggs
-1 cup walnuts
- 14oz can mushroom pieces drained
- 1 onion
- Maybe 2 or 3 T olive oil
- onion powder to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
I tried it with the onions & mushrooms sautéed first, but I prefer it raw, enjoy!
