Anyone has an easy apple crumble recipe? I had one I used to make for years but lost recipe. Had potato starch, nuts, and sugar in topping.

Good to file away
apple kugel recipe for those who do not use potato starch, sugar or oil:

10 apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced
10 eggs, separated
1 cup liquid sugar
1 (chef's) potato cooked and cooled slightly
Juice of 1 lemon

Place apples in a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper.

Blend egg yolks with potato, liquid sugar and lemon juice.

Whip up egg whites (in a pinch use the S blade of your blender). Gently combine with egg yolk mixture and pour over apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
