I don't have any challah. What can I use instead for a chicken stuffing? The ther ingredients are sweet potatoes, onions and spices. The challah is just to thicken it. Can I use flour?

If it's just a filler to absorb liquid, I'd use flour or matzo meal.

Yes you can use flour. It sounds similar to a vegetable kishka.
