Meal 2

Fresh salad
Baked ziti (might be redundant with the noodle kugel maybe do an eggplant parm)
Steamed broccoli
Lukshen kugel
Cheesecake
Meal 3
Challah, fish, dips if you want
Chicken soup
Meatballs
(do you want to serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or rice?)
Cauliflower kugel
Meal 4
Challah, fish, dips if you want
Corned beef
Orzo
Corn salad
Deli roll
I'd add more salads to round things out if you guys like that. If you need more desserts you can add but I find fruit or sorbet works well.
