The summer is here and last summer I weighed almost 10lbs lighter. I'm not overweight, but I just want to get my figure back. The problem is that I haven't been controlling my eating lately. I have a sweet tooth AND love chocolate. I think it's ok to eat dark chocolate once in awhile, I'd never give it up, however, sometimes I just eat too much of it (and peanut butter!). I especially eat more when I'm stressed with the kids and my husband. We've been having some marriage issues and I go to food (especially sweets) for comfort. Of course doing exercise would be great to relieve stress rather than eating more, but it's easier to go to the food. I've been trying to do exercise and my toddler doesn't really let me so I try to just take walks. I find it really hard to stick to a healthy diet when you're stressed out with kids, husband oh...and finances.

Yes very easy.

Don't keep chocolate in the house. Then you won't be tempted.

Or just bring in a ore determined portion of very special chocolate and savor it slowly.

I do that with cookies which are my weakness. I will not bring home a pound of special bakery cookies but just pick out one or two and bring home.

Most very good chocolate shops that sell chocolate by the pool he will sell you just a piece of your favorite piece of chocolate.
