Our daughter born after five years is Nechama Elisheva - "G-d promised comfort" - and although we didn't have any losses first I think Nechama is even more appropriate for your situation. And Elisheva has the same gematria as "yemei simcha" - days of joy.
For a boy I like a lot of the names that have already been suggested; there's also Shealtiel, Shaul, Menachem, Ezra.

With all due respect for your situation and suggestion, op should think long and hard before giving a new baby a name like Nechama or menachem to commemorate the losses she's suffered. That's a lot to saddle a child with, and iy"H, as her family will grow it will keep the years of pain on the forefront.
Signed,
Been there, done that

Fair enough. Actually, I kind of think it's weird when people respond to these kinds of posts going "my kid's name is X!" because, what, OP should name her baby after some random amother's baby? And I totally don't expect that OP will use either of my daughter's names - just throwing them out there as food for thought in a direction she might not have thought of yet.

Odelia (I thank Hashem), Gila, Rina, Ditza, Chedva, Ahava, Natana, Netanya, Renana (joy), Yakira (precious), Adira (precious/rare), Ora (light and joy - think "layehudim hayta ora v'simcha).
Shmaya (Hashem heard), Elyasaf (Hashem added), Natan, Matan, Matanya, Yonatan, Yakir (precious), Adir (precious/rare). Asher (happiness/fortunate).
Personally, I am the kid of parents with IF, and we have IF and decided davka not to name our child a name that was about our having a kid after lots of IF. I want the name to meaningful to the child for themselves, rather than always be connected back to our problem. My parents gave me a heavy name, and it really weighed on me a lot of my life.
That being said, it is also beautiful to give a name with strong meaning for you that is a beautiful name, so I hope our posts help you. So happy for you!! Don't forget to come back and tell us what name you use when the time comes
