What do you use to clean/sanitize your kitchen counters on a regular basis?
I've used the lysol kitchen spray, which seems to indicate it doesn't need rinsing, but not thrilled with that. Soap doesn't seem to rinse off well either..

I recently tried OOTBubby's homemade cleaner for my counter and it's amazing! Makes everything super shiny, no streaks.

Vinegar and water on my table and kosher salt on the sink. Salt is an excellent disinfectant and mildly abrasive scrub. I have no counter to speak of.

While I use it, I certainly cannot take credit for inventing it. Mix equal amounts of 92% alcohol and hot water and add a squirt of blue Dawn dish soap. Mix well and put in spray bottle. Great for glass, counters and stainless steel.

Thanks! Do you rinse it off or spray/wipe and air dry?

No rinsing, just wipe to get everything clean like with any other cleaning spray.

Is this not the same as windex? Sounds about the same. And the alcohol is rubbing ?
Why I s this not as good as just using some dish soap and a scrubber and wash down?

Yes, rubbing alcohol. No rinsing like just dish soap. And great for glass & stainless steel too.

Blue (original) Dawn is in general the best, it is great for cutting through grease. If you can't get it, use the best quality one you can get.

Windex can't be used on stone countertops.

Don't know where you live, but fairy is the name for dawn in some countries.
