Raw almonds..

Breastmilk- there isn't another (natural) food that's completely balanced nutritionally. But it's only so for the first 6-12 months of life, so...

I don't think this is a scientific poll.

For me...sweet potatoes, especially baked are not healthy (not good for my health) because my body doesn't do well with the sugar.

I think the criteria need to be narrowed down a bit.
healthiest
a food
for an adult
to all day every day?
to maintain weight?
if there were one food we all agreed was healthiest and provided all nutrition, we'd all be eating it and nothing else, nutrition would not a huge industry.
bottom line, each food brings something to the table and moderation is key.
pun intended.
