switch to New Jersey Medicaid (from New York)- how do you do it- who in Lakewood can answer questions regarding change?
Will it be a problem- is she better off continuing with her New York doctor?

Call the LRRC at 732-942-9292. They're a frum office equipped to answer all these questions. NJ Family Care's number is 800-701-0710 and Medicaid's number is 732-349-1500. hatzlacha!

I moved when I was pregnant with medicaid and at first I was told that they can switch it over, which I was glad and then when I called to switch it, they said that I had to close my account in the previous state and only then reopen in the new state. you should call up medicaid to find out though, it might be different.

That's what I was told.
